shipping policy

We primarily ship from our facility in Oakland, CA. All orders take 1-2 business days to process; however, monogram orders require 3-4 business days for special care. During promotional periods, including our Archive Sale, orders may take up to 3-4 business days to process. Cuyana ships Monday through Friday, except for US federal holidays.

 

Domestic Orders (Economy):

  • We offer No Rush shipping to the contiguous US. Shipping is free for orders over $95; otherwise, it's $5. No Rush shipping typically takes 2-10 business days for arrival after processing. No Rush orders are processed by our carrier but delivered by USPS, so tracking may not be available en route.
  • For deliveries to PO Boxes, addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, and other outlying US territories, or Military and Diplomatic addresses, we offer free USPS Priority shipping for orders over $95. Orders under $95 have a $5 shipping fee.

Domestic Orders (Guaranteed):

  • We offer Standard shipping to the entirety of the US for $10. Standard shipping typically takes 1-5 business days for arrival after processing.
  • We offer the option for 2-day Priority shipping for $25 to the entirety of the US. Orders must be received before 12pm PT for same day processing so that the order will arrive by 2 business days.
  • We offer Next Day shipping for $35. Orders must be received before 12pm PT for same day processing, the order will deliver the following business day by 8 pm. Customer Experience cannot expedite these orders.

International Orders:

  • We offer International Expedited shipping via Passport Global for all international addresses. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after processing. Shipping fees vary by destination country and will be displayed at checkout. Duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost and will be clearly listed at checkout. All international orders are shipped delivery duties paid (DDP).

Important Disclaimers:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before shipping. Cuyana cannot replace packages sent to the wrong address.
  • Orders cannot be modified or expedited once submitted to our distribution facility. Any changes to shipping addresses or shipping speed will require us to cancel the order and return the package to us.
  • If you require re-routing or holding of your package once shipped, please contact the carrier directly. Re-routing and holding are not offered on Economy shipping options due to carrier limitations.
  • We do not ship with signature required so please make arrangements for safe arrival of your parcel.
  • Our carriers do not ship on some federal holidays. Please see FedEx's delivery schedule and UPS's delivery schedule for more information.
